Mithilesh Tiwari and Sanjay Singh Tiger Entrusted with Bihar’s Education Portfolio

Patna: The newly formed Bihar government under Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary officially took charge on Thursday, with ministers assuming responsibilities of their respective departments. One of the most significant developments in the new cabinet is that the Education Department has not gone to the JD(U) this time. Both the Education and Higher Education portfolios have been allocated to BJP leaders.

The grand swearing-in ceremony held at Gandhi Maidan in Patna drew major political attention. A key highlight of the event was the oath-taking of Nishant Singh, son of former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
